Sure-Fil Sprayer Information

The SURE-FIL® system by Sure Shot Sprayer is a fast, efficient solution for refilling and pressurising Sure Shot® sprayers without the need to remove the filler cap. Designed to streamline operations, this lever-controlled unit connects directly to your chemical and air sources, filling and pressurising your sprayer in just seconds. It requires no electricity and is built with chemical-resistant seals, making it ideal for use with industrial cleaners, degreasers, solvents, penetrating oils, and brake cleaners.


The system is specifically engineered for use with Sure Shot® products. Model A (32 oz) sprayers require the S118F filler cap for compatibility. Model M (24 oz) sprayers are compatible with S2400 and S2400EN, while Model B (16 oz) sprayers work with variants like S8000CB, S8000PL, S8100CB, and S8100PL. Each compatible model features a quick-connect fitting to ensure a secure and easy attachment to the SURE-FIL® machine.

How It Works

*The Model “A” sprayers require a special adaptor to work with the Sure-Fil system. The adaptor is sold separately:


  • S400A works with 32 0z. Model “A” sprayers
  • S405A works with 32 oz. Model “A” sprayers—includes table


The Sure-Fil system can be adapted to work with a special 16 oz. Atomizer sprayer, but a product M.S.D.S sheet is needed to check chemical compatibility. Call us today for more information.
